Invoiceur is designed as a local‑first desktop application. Invoice data, client information, and financial records created using the software are stored locally on the user's device.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Nerdla, Inc. does not collect, transmit, or store the following through Invoiceur:

- •Usage analytics

3. Local Data Storage
All operational data generated by Invoiceur remains on the user's device unless the user explicitly exports or shares it. Nerdla, Inc. does not have access to user-generated data stored within the application.
4. Optional Platform Services
If platform services such as Apple iCloud are used for synchronization or backup, those services are governed by the privacy policies of the respective provider.
5. Third‑Party Integrations
Users may choose to interact with third‑party services (for example payment processors or accounting systems) using information exported from Invoiceur. Nerdla, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices of third‑party services.
6. Security Responsibility
Because Invoiceur stores information locally, users are responsible for the security of their devices, backups, and exported files.
7. Data Loss Disclaimer
Nerdla, Inc. is not responsible for loss of invoice data resulting from device failure, operating system issues, accidental deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Children's Privacy
Invoiceur is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
